Terms of use
These terms govern access to RoamWhim travel-search tools, destination information, guides, and partner handoffs.
RoamWhim provides search and information
RoamWhim is an independent travel-search service. It is not an airline, tour operator, ticket issuer, immigration adviser, insurer, or payment processor. A booking contract is formed with the provider selected by the user, not with RoamWhim.
Prices and availability can change
Search results, schedules, baggage information, and other travel details may change before booking. Users must verify the final price, currency, passenger details, fare conditions, baggage rules, entry requirements, and cancellation terms on the provider site before purchase.
Editorial information is general
Guides and destination pages are for general planning. They are not a substitute for official government advisories, carrier rules, legal advice, medical advice, or individualized professional guidance.
Acceptable use
Visitors may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit automated traffic that harms availability, misuse another person's account, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Partner links
RoamWhim may receive compensation from eligible partner bookings. Sponsored placements will be identified if introduced. Availability of a partner link does not guarantee that the provider is suitable for every traveller or itinerary.
Service availability and liability
The service may change, pause, or remove features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RoamWhim is not responsible for provider acts, booking failures, schedule changes, denied entry, travel losses, or decisions made using incomplete or outdated data. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after a change means the visitor accepts the revised terms.
